BID NOTICE

 

Ligonier Borough will receive sealed bids for the Hazel Alley Stormwater Project located in Ligonier Borough, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. All bids must be sealed and marked “Bid for Hazel Alley Stormwater Project” and received at the Ligonier Borough office, located at 120 East Main Street, Ligonier, PA 15658, on or before Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Ligonier Borough office located at 120 East Main Street, Ligonier, PA 15658. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the office of Ligonier Borough, at the address of 120 East Main Street, Ligonier, PA 15658. Contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications for bidding purposes, can be purchased from Mash Engineering, (jmash@mashengr.com) for the nonrefundable fee of $26.50, which includes 6% Pennsylvania sales tax. Contract documents and plans will be in electronic format, the bidder must have a valid email address and will require an internet connection. Upon receipt of payment, the bidder will receive the Contract documents. All checks shall be made payable to Mash Engineering and mailed to 509 15th Street, Windber, PA 15963. Addenda and/or clarifications, if any, will be issued to only those bidders whose name and address are on record as having obtained the contract documents and were in attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
